solves the issue where when you run the activator once, you can run it again anytime to run it for real
but for this one, you have to click the item again in 1 second to actually run the item
- updated the item format to the latest version
- fixed placeholder conditions format
- removed recognitions option because it's no longer needed
- fixed the changeoutput placeholder because the format got a major overhaul
